The lifestyle and Sunnah of
Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W) calls us spend our life according to the lifestyle of
him. Without any shadow of doubt Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W) has many Ehsanaat (to do a
favor) on this Ummah. One of the Ehsaan (to do a favor) is that He (S.A.W) cried
for Ummah.
In other words, He (S.A.W) cried for
us. Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W) tied stones on his belly. Did not eat anything for
three consecutive days though he was prophesized of the fruits of the Paradise
(heaven). Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W) went through all of these pains though he was
only required to say YES to the call of Allah (S.W.T) and the gates of Jannah
(Heaven) would have opened and all the blessings would have been showered on
him by Al-Mighty Allah. But Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W) chose the difficult path. Why?
Because He (S.A.W) knew that not all of my Ummah would be blessed with all the
blessings. All of them would not have palaces and gardens to live by. Hazrat
Muhammad (S.A.W) ate plain food instead of multiple dished dinners. Hazrat Muhammad
(S.A.W) even ate expired dates. Why did He (S.A.W) do all of that because He (S.A.W) wanted
to set an example for us (Ummah).
We have welcomed oppressors and
made our tongues impure by lying, backbiting and cheating with ourselves and
others. We have misrepresented the religion of Allah and Muhammad (S.A.W) all over
the world.
Repentance
So today we need to repent from Allah SWT and make the intention to adopt the Holy, pure, blessed, complete and bright way of life. A blessed way of life is to follow Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W).
