Prophet Muhammad – The Teacher of Teachers

Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) was chosen as the last Messenger of Allah. Allah (S.W.T) revealed the last book of guidance for humanity on him. His teachings liberated the mankind from oppressions and evil rituals like idol worshiping, burying daughters alive, walking nude and naked etc. But unfortunately we have astray away from the teachings of Quran and Sunnah, as a result of which Muslims collectively have lost their dignity and repute. Have we forgotten the blood and tears that came out of Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) because of his Ummah? But today we have neglected and forgot the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H). Some of his beautiful characteristics and glorious teachings are discussed below. Let’s remind ourselves with some of these teachings:

  1. Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) always walked humbly on earth.
  2. Whenever somebody addressed or called Him, he would not just turn his face, rather He (P.B.U.H) would turn his entire body and give that person complete attention.
  3. He (P.B.U.H) always had a smile on his face while talking but He never laughed out loudly.
  4. He (P.B.U.H) joked, but he never told lies and never joked about personal attributes of anyone.
  5. He spoke very gently and He (P.B.U.H) was never harsh in words.
  6. Prophet (P.B.U.H) never found fault in food.
  7. Prophet (P.B.U.H) regularly went to Hira mount and contemplates about the situation of his people and Ummah.
  8. Prophet (P.B.U.H) never generalized, but he was very specific about people and answered them individually.
  9. Prophet (P.B.U.H) commanded us not to kill old people and women less they are fighting with you (Muslims). He abstained us from cutting trees and killing animals. He (P.B.U.H) told not to mutilate the bodies.
